LED taillights.
LED taillights.
Hi
I would like to know if anyone has fitted Spyder aftermarket LED taillights on their evo x, and if so have they had any problems with the abs or stability control system.
The reason I ask is I fitted LED taillights to a Lancer several years ago and had a lot of issues with the vehicle abs and stability control system. When I finally put the original taillights back on the vehicle all the problems went away.
Regards
Peter.

I have the Varis LED tails and have had zero issues. Did the "Spyder" lights have a resistor pack with them? That's the only thing I can think of causing electrical issues. Did all of the light components function properly when installed? (Turn signals, running lights, brake lights, reverse lights, hazards)
Hi
The tail lights I had on the CJ Lancer were Vland and no the did not have a resistor.
Indicators and brake lights worked ok, the only issue was the trouble with the ABS system.
I haven’t bought the Spyder taillights for the Evox yet, as I wanted to get some feedback from people who have used them.
