Has anyone tried the AEM’s Six-In-One Gauge Type UEGO Controller? I just wanted to know if this was a good idea to buy?

Search: and you will see many of us are using it.

Works very accurately on my viii. Identical to any dyno a/f I have been on.

a lot of people use this including myself. Very accurate gauge. If you plan to go AEM standalone it would be even more worth it. If I was going to do it again I would probably go with a zeitronix though just bc it has more capabilities.

great gauge, but you need an AEM EMS to use it and since AEM doesnt make an EMS for the evo X, we cant use it

mmm...I didnt think you need the stand alone to use the UEGO-it just makes it better if you have one (logging, ect). I think you can get the UEGO to work on the X as a gauge to monitor alone.....just dont hook up the SA wire.

Yean you can use the UEGO as just an AFR meter without the AEM EMS.

I use PLX gauges. Can link em and can actually feed 4 sensors into one LED gauge which is great for the X since we really don't have room for a gauge let alone 4 of them. Their wideband is one of the best and they have other sensors too.

Is the PLX gauges the same layout and format as the AEM?

I have the AEM in my car and a PLX in my wive Redline. The AEM was easier to hook-up. The plx has a box you have to mount somewhere. Both work great, but I chose the AEM because it matches my AEM Tru-Boost.
