hey guys is it normal for my coolant level to be under the "low bar"

at 16k miles?


I have never taken the car to the track and I drive it like a baby, rarely go over 75 on the fwy.

But I do drive about 80 miles a day.

 

i have no idea just fill it up and see if its low in another 5k miles

 

nothing to worry about. get your dealer to top it up. im not sure but i think it evaporates. its very very common to have top up your over flow res.

 

during the pdi process at the dealer when the car is recieved all fluids are checked and everything else checked over. possible they missed it.

 

Roflol, they missed my overinflated tires at a whopping 47 PSI each.

To the OP, as mentioned, just put some in yourself or take it to the dealer and have them do it so it can be documented for your sake.

 

are you checking the fluid when the car is hot or cold?
