ECUFLASH + MBC or EBC

Please is there any way to prevent the car from going into limp mode or shoot SES at part throttle?
If it can help i've noticed that limp mode will occur only when my HKS BOV is installed. If i go back to stock BPV it will only shoot the SES.
I guess that the spring in the hks BOV is really tight and under certain conditions as part throttle the way it closes the valve will cause some kind of over boost. Hope to hear from you guys soon.

Why don't use stock boost controll? It works better with stock ecu and limiters and is fully tuneable.

i know boost can be controlled by ecu but if youre one who has alky and runs 35 psi but some days want to run just 15ibs to be safe then wat?

thats the only reason i wana use my avcr... to have the control to change my boost setting with a bush of a button

if you're thinking of pushing the limits and have something that you can control on the fly, then EBC is the way to go.

You could run the dual stage manual like Buschur has. I find that more reliable than EBC's. I didn't like my AVC-r one bit on my eclipse.

Thank you very much hawaiian_evo for your understanding.
It's fun to notice that a lot of people don't even want to help you. When i first posted my question i was telling myself "ask the community they know much more than yourself" but it seems that i was wrong.
I know that HKS BOV makes the problem to occur and that i should take it off but i also know that stock BOV is good for 25 psi and beyond that point it might be leaking.
I know that stock solenoids can control boost but i really like the idea of having a solution for : everyday use, when my wife drives the car, cold nights with hot hondas...

Anyway i found a part of answer to my question from Burnings and Gunzo (Thank you):
By lowering the passive wastegate duty cycle by 40% in every 3 maps, by raising the boost limits to 319 in every cells and raising the load offset to 500 instead of 80 (stock) i didn't have any SES or limp mode.

Sooooo, was it the BOV? Where you VTA? Did you keep it off?

Interesting and good to know about the tables. I'll have to pass that on to a local X owner here. We put an MBC on his, and it would go into limp mode every time. Recently, we were diagnosing a forge wga "problem" and it turned out it was the greddy bov. We put the stock bov back on and his overboost issue was cured, and it doesn't go into limp mode anymore. His car with the greddy bov was hitting 30psi without an issue. Kinda scary.

There are devices that allow you to have multiple tunes, not just boost profiles, ready to change at the press of a button. Said device also allows you to custom tune your own vehicle.

Cheers,
