I just read this on the STI forum and was concerned because I got an EcuTek tune done over the summer by DynoFlash.

EcuTEK altered the handshaking such that no other program could enter the ECU. Not the Cobb AP, not Subaru, no-one except EcuTEK.

Is this a problem for anyone? I was looking to do a custom tune in the near future once I put on an exhaust, intake, and IC Piping.
