Angry service engine soon?

I got a new evo X 6 days ago, but it appears 'service engine soon' on a speedometer, i dont know why, cause I start my car up every day for over 5min and not going fast. I really worry about it, and it still ran about 400 miles
please any one answer me ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

My Durango does that when my wife doesn't tighten the gas cap. Might want to check yours. It clears on its own after a few days.

Take off the gas cap, clean the area with a paper towel and properly replace it, ensuring that you tighten it until you hear the click. Don't worry about it for a couple days (*) and it will likely go away.

* - if you want to worry when it is on, go to your local auto parts store and borrow the OBD-II scanner - pull the code, confirm it is the EVAP emissions system, and then clear it. If it is the EVAP system, it's a $50 service charge from the dealer to read and clear.

As others have said take it to your local autoparts store (Autozone, Advance etc..). They have OBD-II scanners and will scan your code for free. Come back here and post the code and we can help you.

+1

Hard to troubleshoot without knowing the code(s).

it is probably the p1320 timing chain retard code. check to see if you have the latest flashes from mitsu or get an aftermarket tune.
