What to watch for at the tuning shop?
so theres one tuner here in my location who tunes evo's, 
made an app. for 4-11-09 , and this is my first time at a tuning place
.... i kinda wana hang around you know take a few vids & pics, talk to the guy learn maybe a few things....... what are some things i need to make sure he does and does not do??????????? note car will have an intake(AMS) mbc(perrin) test pipe, catback, & UICP(Speedcircuit), installed .... btw, he'll be tuning with ECUflash..

Make sure you leave him alone while he is tuning.
As your questions before and after. Stick around incase he has any questions.
It almost sounds like you dont trust the place or person. Have they tuned cars like yours before?

he's tuned a bunch of subies, & previous generation evo's, but gonna be his first X
