Code p1241 using Cobb Stg2 + SF

I put on the Greddy Ti-C last night and flashed Cobb Stage2 + SF and the car went into limp mode last night during moderate acceleration from 4th to 5th on the highway. My research tells me this "Torque Monitor" code means the ECU is reading a discrepency in the torque limit tables and the amount of air going through the MAF, which makes sense with the added flow of the exhaust. If this is the case, I would assume Cobb would have corrected these tables properly. Any thoughts before I give them a call?
Note: I switched to the regular Cobb Stg 2 tune (without the SF intake) and all is well.
I'm going to try the Stg2 + AEM tune tonight since the AEM airbox is similar in design to the ARC.
