P0300 multiple cylinder misfire..wtf

P0300 multiple cylinder misfire..wtf
Car idles like it has cams, once you start driving its ok again.
anyone come across this before or know what could cause this, i just had my MAF sensor replaced worked fine for week. I did however replace HKS panel filter (car was tuned to HKS one) with stock one just didnt want another broken MAF sensor.
i had quick look at spark plugs they seem fine.

exhaust with high flow cat.
HKS spark plugs.
