How To remove 120km/h ding-dong sound warning

hi guys,

is there anybody out there who knows how to remove the ding-dong annoying sound when you hit 120km/h ?
it comes on about 118km/h and doesn't stop ding donging till you go below 118km/h.
i do not have any speed limiter as i can go above 180km/h.
but the sound is just SOOOOO annoying !

thx

Wow, I'd never heard about anything like this. I would imagine this is something you could take care of through the electronics (unless they purposely make it difficult so people don't disable it) or as you said, find the speaker and cut that batch out!

So what country are you in that they have this feature? I mean that's barely over 70 mph ?!

^Let us know where it was located once you find it. Take some pix! Are they routing it through the audio system speakers?

yeah i would definitely snap some pix of the culprit for sure ! ... been busy with work recently but will post it up.

if there's any guide, comments or suggestions all are welcomed !

just a little more info, i think the ding dong sound comes from somewhere in the dash behind the MID . . .
