Downshift Synchro Rev Control

370Z have this nice feature.

What about adding this to Evo ? Maybe with 3-d party module or just win ECU hacking. It's not very difficult in theory.

Excellent. I've been wondering about this since I picked up the car. It would be nice to have. Rev-matching (for me) with DBW is difficult to get spot on in the lower rev-range during normal street driving.

learn how to drive (heel toe) and this becomes second nature.

Get rid of the rev hang and that will make it easier.

agree here... I have a hard time on the X doing heel toe because of my height, its an odd angle on the peddles... I need a longer gas peddle.

Maybe I missed this on the ecuflash threads but have we found a way to remove the rev hang?

the rev hang is largely because of the flywheel. getting a lighter flywheel will cause the rev to raise and drop much faster.

agree'd it's definitely not (I've got the streetlight flywheel, which is the same weight as stock lol).

It's definitely something in the programming (log when it happens).
