EVOscan.... customer service???

Is there any way to contact the Evoscan people other than submitting a "support ticket"?

My laptop crashed hard, requiring a full reinstallation of the operating system... I submitted a support ticket (they even have a category for "lost serial number") and have received no support at all... just the confirmation that the support ticket was received. This was over two weeks ago and I haven't been able to data log since then.... If I am willing to pay another $25 I would have a new serial number as soon as the transaction is complete... but I am not putting up another $25 for software I have already purchased!

Yea Hamish lacks a little on the replies. I would just keep bugging him. He seems pretty busy most of the time.

Just submit a new support ticket every day? I don't think anyone even looks at them, so nobody will get annoyed by them and help... do you have some other way of bugging him I can try?
