Thumbs down Ninjas! help with underboosting!

I need to find out what's going on and why I can't reach 25psi on Cobb stg 2 e85..
or at least a steady psi on boost.. Pls. look at my log and tell me what is going on.. I have a feeling that the stock bov is leaking. I haven't done a boost leak test either.. I went on a dyno yesterday and to my surprised I was only 301awhp on a mustang dyno.. A friend of mine had 291 and he was running stg 2 93 oct.. also had a HFC..

my mods are as follows

AMS SRI
AMS T/P
CBE HKS Hi Power
NISEI UICP
STOCK bov
e85 and blaqops components
dw 800
Blue Relay
Cobb OTS stg 2 ams sri e85

I checked all connections uicp/air intake all is well and tight! all injectors are seated properly .. changed Relay 3x now (im paranoid) I went from black-green-blue..

thanks

Just to confirm, did you remove the secondary boost control solenoid pill? I'm pretty sure that was required on the cobb stage 2, if you didn't remove it, that would make your boost drop.......

thanks guys for the input.. but to answer your question I haven't got a chance to do a boost leak test.. that is def.. priority on list to do.. but as far as 3port.. there's a couple but not made by cobb nor they support it for any of their ots.. it's actually a good idea and they should add that.. however, I do have to get pro-tune for that part..

how does my graph look? pls feel free to let me know if there is anything out of the norm, or anything alarming..

First of all, you are logging too much items so your logs are too jumpy. Need more resolution for logging so you might want to disable some of the log items.

By looking at your log, it seems like you didn't go WOT until 3800 RPM. When doing a WOT log, especially for checking boost, you should go WOT in 4th gear or so starting from around 2000 RPM. If you do that, you'll more than likely see your boost rise to around 24 psi. Once you reach 24 psi, your boost should gradually drop to around 18-19 psi by 7000 RPM which is absolutely normal.

No need to log STFT, LTFT, ECT, TPS, MAF, & Load Boost. That should give you much better resolution
