thanks for the mention mlomker, duck13 let us know if we can help http://www.mellontuning.com/index.ph...ex&cPath=18_44
My car is actually being handled by a workshop... However I ended up getting involved in the tuning due to their lack of understanding for the car.
I have been considering Mellon, to be honest, I did visit his site a couple of times.
I thought I wanted to get my car running properly at stock first because I'm not sure how far does Mellon tuning go.
I mean what if there is something faulty with the car. I'm a bit concerned with the limitation of remote tuning.
But I guess I'll drop Chris a pm.
Not offended, just like to get people on the right track before they blow up a perfectly good engine. Some of the questions asked show that you may have missed some pretty big topics.
The fuel calibration map is a separate map that was found since the latest release of ECUFlash. It is how the factory leans out the tune slightly between the USDM 20 -> 22 ROM. It also explains why the spool area near 3000RPM needs to be so rich for consistent AFR, but should not cause as dramatic of a change at 4000 RPM.
If your wideband sensor is very far back in the exhaust or after a cat it can slow the response, if this is right after you go WOT you may just be seeing what is already in the pipe ... but it seems like it is taking longer than that. I'm not sure if "NO Catback" means there is just a turn-down or if you have the OEM catback... but the former would imply that your wideband is close enough to the turbo.
It is also possible that it is your MAF scaling since you have an intake, but semi-unlikely. Your idle already made it to -6% though, so its possible that you are pulling 6% if your LTFT mid is logging incorrectly.
Have you checked your fuel pump relay yet?

the symptom looks like it's leaning out at WOT only to richen up later after about 1000 rpm.
Resetting fuel trim did fix the AFR alot. it's just that they're still leaning out when coming to WOT.
I've tried swapping the fuel pump relay with the head light.
In every WOT the AFR would lean out for 1000 rpm and then it's good...
Thanks Fostytou...
Latest update...
I realised I may have been too paranoid in reading the log and missed a fact that they lean out for only 0.3 ~ 0.6 secs... and then they actually reach the target AFR
is it possible that when I go full throttle, the target AFR drops and it takes that 0.3 ~ 0.6 secs for the actual AFR to reach the target AFR?
because my knocksums are zeroes... maybe rarely 1 or 3 but nothing serious...
