I am currently custom tuned via cobb accessport with hks drop-in, t1r test pipe and t1r 90r exhaust. if i go with another exhaust system replacing the downpipe as well, will i need to retune? will it damage my car if i run the current tune with the new exhaust setup?

Probably won't be a huge change; replacing the downpipe may increase your boost a bit so just log it afterwards to be sure it hasn't changed by much.

 

what's your whp?

 

I'm at 273hp and 288lb/ft on dyno dynamics now. a stock evo x on the same dyno is 205hp.
