Issue Logging Wideband on RA

Since I'm not getting any help in the RA section I figure Ill post this over here.

Im running into an issue trying to get my AEM wideband to log using EvoScan. When I try to log, EvoScan just shows a 0 while all other data points show data and movement. The correct com port is selected and my laptop is recognizing the serial to USB adapter.

The wires from the Wideband are connected to a serial cable from Mellon Tunning. The data cable is wired correctly as the serial connector is getting voltage when the car is running. We were unable to check the USB end (serial to USB adapter) since the multimeter didnt have small enough probes to fit inside the USB.

Doing a search previously there were some threads about certain serial to USB adapters not working with EvoScan. Is it possible the Prolific adapter I have isnt compatible? I figured since it was sold by Mellon along with the serial cable it would function correctly.

Did you ever get this to work? I'm having the same issue with my Prosport WBO2. I have it in Comport 5 (double checked via Windows) but I cant figure out how to get it to read the AFR???

The keyspan is always recommended over the prolific... however if you can get it to log in hyperterminal I see no reason it wouldn't log in evoscan.
