Basic questions about Evoscan, ECUFlash and connectors

I've been searching, reading and trying to learn about this software / hardware package for our Evos

So far I've managed to connect my laptop to the X and read the base ROM (thanks Golden for your database!). I've modified my base ROM to enable Mode 23 but have not flashed the updated ROM back yet...still having jitters lol

Question

I've only used the Tactrix cable for now.
My package came with the following cables too and I have no idea what they are for and where they connect, any input would be appreciated for the images below:

A.

B.

C.

Question

Regarding Evoscan Navigator, will the following wire connection work? I'm assuming the Tactrix cable will be connected to the Navigator as well in the empty female socket?

4.

Question

Will the default data.xml file for Evoscan suffice for logging and data monitoring or do I have edit it?

I will update this thread with more continued noob questions that I cannot tackle on my own!

A, B, and C are not needed for the X. A is for the Evo 8/9 and B/C are for Subarus.

#4 image looks right, you will plug in the OP2.0 to the female connector.
