When to do fuel managment
at what point/hp does a evo x need to start changing fuel pump, rail, regulator, injectors, and all that good stuff?
and in what order too? if money is a problem.

I don't know, are your injectors maxxed out (no they aren't, your fine at that level). Rough number of 400 for stock pump, 500 for rail, injectors depends on fuel type (IIRC)
