yes i did the research but i'm just really confuse so need some help here please

i try to install A/F gauge (narrowband) i know it's not that accurate but it's does the work a little

anyway i look at pin No. and for the front o2 sensor it's No. 38 and i look at the Diagram and at the plug it's kindda weird

look at the 38 it's just blank, or it's back word ?? left to right and right to left ?? i just confuse so i didn't tap the wire

P.S. if one of you can tell me what color or point it in the picture would be really helpful

The back side of a connector will line up with the front of the ECU, so the numbers in your picture are backwards.
