Thanks. For those using VD I usually see 3500lbs as the weight used for our X. Is this on a full tank of gas with everything in the trunk (spare, tools, etc)?

It might help me get better readings.

Just an update. After a few more fiddling, full boost is now at 4800 instead of 6000 rpm. 10whp and 25wtq VD gained.

Power still seem low. No boost leaks.

Boost is around 27 psi on the average. Should boosting to around 32 psi a good idea. I see most of those hitting 500 on an EF4 are in this boost region.

I'm looking at the possibility that I may have been sent the wrong size turbo.

bro after 7000 RPM your afr are dipping into the 10s

Also the temperature you have is 134 degrees

Soothing is set at 6 and most Evo X are weighing around 3400 LBS stock how many people are ridding with you?

I dont think you have this virtual dyno thing down right

Yeah your right you don't need to have everything setup in dyno mode. Sae correction isn't needed that's why your #'s are so low and yes from 5 to 8k you need to get that thing about 11 afr instead of it being that high in the afr and as low as it is up top. Cant turn boost up till your afr's are straight. Get them where they need to be and then worry about timing and upping the boost.

Thanks for the comments. When I select Evolution 10 GSR in Virtual Dyno the curb weight is 3517. I have not included my weight, a 3 ton jack, my big toolbox, another toolbox twice the weight of my big toolbox.

Based on the VD Guide I need to included SAE and my Intake Temps. If I don't the HP goes even lower, from 376 down to 354.

I'll adjust the AFR a little bit more and see where it goes me. Timing at peak boost is 8 degrees and peak timing is 17. So I am nowhere near conservative.

Will post some more updates soon.

I can tell you that no one on here uses sae correction on vd when they post their dyno #'s. Again you cant adjust your timing till your afr is where they need to be.

Thanks Guys. Will remove all the dead weight and fix the afr then see where it takes me. I just feel having the tools with me handy in case something wrong happens.

Normally I would agree with you but your making power pulls. Take all that weight out and it will feel faster. Hell my car feels slower with a passenger in it then it does without. Weight will affect how vd reads as well.

IGX big picture

I don't want to assume you have all supporting mods. Can you just list everything you have on this puppy? With a turbo that size, once you boost it should take off like a freight train and never drop. Your either doing something like still have the entire stock exhaust/cat or your tune is frigged.

Sorry for the delay, here are the supporting mods:

GSC S2 Cams
Custom 3" Test Pipe
Custom 3" Exhaust
Custom 3" Intake
2.5" UICP
Tial BOV VTA 11 Psi Spring
DEPO 3.5" intercooler
3 Port

Would getting a widemouth downpipe give me any gains? I've read some say there are gains, some say there are none.

Fuel mods not listed but I assume they are there, otherwise the great BOOM would have already happened. I see you have a custom 3" intake. Did you rescale your MAF for that intake (and MAP while your at it) ? Alone that does not explain the low power. Does the ECU THINK that it is hitting the load targets above 7k rpm? What are your duty cycles on your 3-port. Post your timing map - how far from knock are you? Something isn't right, and throwing money (AMS DP) right now isn't the answer. Lastly - are you 100% sure the BOV isn't cracking open? The way the boost curve looks remind me of what I am experience right now (although with stock BOV) where the power dips after you hit a BOV limit.

Sorry didn't think fuel mod would help in the power issue but I'm running ID 1300 and AEM 320lph.

I'll check my BOV, it used to have power that climbs up as rpm goes up, but for some reason it now drops after it peaks. It might be my tial bov.

About other questions, I'll try to get one when the car is retuned again. I believe WDGC was at 100 until 6k then 90 onwards.
