Car is a 2014 evo x gsr bought new. Currently has 6800 miles. Car is COBB stage 3 turbo back exhaust COBB intake COBB 3 port hard upper and lower intercooler piping. It's always ran like a champ 0 problems. Starting about 2 months ago. I feel as though the clutch is slipping in the higher gears. Now since I've felt like it's been slipping it started throwing codes. P0234,p0219
Acd c123c,c2204
So could a slipping clutch cause the car to throw these codes or is it something else causing it? Any information and help is appreciated

P0234 is over boosting, and P0219 is engine over speed. Generally the P0219 is because of a mis-shift.
Any chance you may have downshifted at too great a speed? The clutch slipping feeling could be the over boosting situation, are you running the Cobb Stage 3 map with that 3-port?

Thats really interesting, can you datalog? I wouldn't try the car in any boost range until you figure out whats going on. Check the vacuum hoses to make sure they didn't pop off, especially in the 3-port area -> waste gate actuator.
Boost always stays within a safe range 27.4 usually being the max it hits just odd not sure if the cooler weather could be the problem or clutch or both
What's the weather been like when this has been happening?
Target boost for Stage 3 is 26.5 (+/- 1.5), and your CEL P0234 usually pops at >30psi.
Just double-check your vacuum lines for your 3-port.
Like what was said above, if all lines are correct, switch over to the LWG map (which technically you should be running on all COBB OTS maps, imo), and see if that fixes the problem. Run a log at the same time through the AP. Hopefully you have a wideband, and are making sure there aren't any issues there too?
EDIT: I've had the same problem when I was ProTuned on the AccessPort, and my tuner and I couldn't figure out what was causing the issue. All lines were hooked up correctly, and we were tuning during the 70 degree Fall months, so it wasn't weather related. When the tuner switched the map directly over to Open Source, it cleared all issues. Open Source can be a little more forgiving when it comes to parameters and adjustability, and it seemed my '12 GSR liked the switch.
