Exclamation Code P2096 - post catalyst fuel trim system too lean on bank 1

Hey fellow Evo owners,

Just wondering if any of you can give me a hand! I have a 2015 Evo X GSR (Non FE). Tonight a threw a P2096 code and I am trying to figure it out. I have not changed anything on my Evo since may of this year when I got the car pro tuned. Had been working like a charm up until tonight.

My mods are as follow:

ETS UICP, FMIC and LICP
ETS Intake
Forge BPV
Grimspeed 3 port EBC
AMS widemouth DP
AMS testpipe
Blitz CT-I Nur spec catback
Tune by Neetronics

I do have a AEM digital wideband and I have noticed that my car is idling anywhere from 13.8-14.8 AFR (dropped a bit from the norm) and when i'm cruising, I see it go from as low as 13.2 to as high as 14.7. I have read that this code is somewhat normal for Testpipe cars, however I have been running this set up on this Evo for 3.5 years and never has this code popped. I also ran this exact same set up on my 2012 GSR and never have seen the code.

I did also read that there could be a leak in the exhaust system, loose bolt or worn out gasket or something and this could also make this code pop. My car does not feel any different, but at the same time I don't want to push it.

Has anyone had any experience with this code? And is the vehicle safe to drive moderately? I'm not really sure what I should try here first. Any input would be great!

Thanks!
