Cobb accessport

So, im thinking about getting a accessport to my evo x, i got AEM cold air intake system, borla cat back exhuast, and running on 93 oct will i able to do a tune with the AP with
these or do i need specifically only cobb parts? I email them and a guy wrote back to me saying its designed for and tested with factory or COBB parts only. Have anyone else used the AP with other parts
aside from just cobb parts?

Their OTS (off the shelf) tunes are designed for their parts in a specific combo (staged). However, I found their OTS tunes to have some issues that could be dangerous. They charge $150 for accesstuner which is the software which works with the accessport, and then you can customize your tune as much as you want. However, if your starting from the ground up (as you are), I would recommend EvoScan instead as it is more supported in the community and using TephraMod has features not found in the accesstuner software. Such as: TRUE flex fuel interpolation and boost based turbo boost control. I'm still on accessTuner/accessport and wish I wasn't.
Hope this helps.
