If it makes the notchiness reduce even more than fluid does, post up! I would buy one on the spot.

Just ordered today! It will be here by the end of the week. I'll let you guys know how I like it. I can almost guarantee that it will not help the notchiness though. That's an internal transmission issue, either mechanical or something as simple as a fluid issue. We'll see I suppose.

There is many short throw shifters out on the market. I would research on what is used most commonly, something that is time tested and works. Usually when a company doesn't answer their phones, its not a good sign. lol

Works makes some of the best evo products around. They have answered the phone almost everytime that I have called. Hell, AMS hasn't answered the phone about half the times that I've called them, and they're one of the best evo tuners around. Companies get busy, that just means that they are busy working on making products for our cars.

The way I understand it, if you have notchiness when shifting, a shortened shifter will only exacerbate the problem. If you have a shorter shifter, more force will have to be used to move the shifter. It doesn't change what is actually going on in the transmission internals.

yeah, understandable. Make those products well! Nothing bad to say about AEM definitely, awesome customer service. Story- My e-pump went out on my standalone, they had it fixed and shipped back in less than a week. They didn't charge me for anything.
