AGP Cold Air Intake & Hard Pipes Installed

Hi Guys,

I just finished installing the AGP hard pipe kit/intercooler & "true" cold air intake & would like to give my impression. My main concerns when purchasing a "Direct Bolt On" part from the after market is product quality & over all performance, I can honestly say this was one of the easiest installs I've ever preformed all mounting brackets lined up perfectly & for once I can say NO additional parts were needed to complete installation. The only recommendation I would make to some one considering installing this cold air intake would be blocking off the inner finder vent in front of the driver side tire especially if you drive your X daily, as the air filter is located directly on the other side & would collect road grime quickly. Other than that this is really a clean setup that I would highly recommend, as for performance gains the car seems to rev more smoothly at higher rpm's but I'm taken the car to the dyno this weekend to see what I truly have.......

PS: Once installed I would stay away from high road water .

Nice to see some people here using agp for their evo x. I loved using agp for everything on my srt-4, and plan on using them for my evo x.
