its almost silly just to look at untuned power figures - the airbox that leans out the most makes the most power what happens when you even our the AFR?

 

arc is nothing but expensive bling.

 

Both are a complete waste of money.

Stock airbox + WORKS drop-in filter + COBB turbo inlet hose.

 

umm looks like you are comparing a non tuned almost stock evo w/ the arc and a not so stock evo w/ the gruppe M... what gives? usually when you are comparing products the baseline is the same... who knows what gains arc would give you with the other mods on the car that had the gruppe M dyno run on it..

 

ARC is expensive? LMAO go look @ Gruppe M prices..

 

Gruppe M makes VERY nice pieces, but they are expensive. You can spend your money on the extra quality, but it wont net you more power than other intakes.

 

Drop in + Tune. That or get the AEM which looks a lot like stock and get a new plate to get rid of the dinky AEM stamped cover. Gruppe M is nice looking and all but living in California where cops are out looking for you, it's a magnet for fix it tickets. Plus I doubt Gruppe M will give you much more power than a stock box and drop in. I'll gladly pay a hundred bucks and lose 1-2 whp and spend the other thousand or so on a nice turboback exhaust.
