so i went to the track tonight got up to the lights for my first pass revved the car up to 6k were the two step is set(ecutek ams tuned)rpm's bounced at 6k like its supposed to then the rpm's jumped all the way to 8k overrevving the motor throwing a cel and a maintence required on the display so i parked the car and sat down to watch the races for about an hour then started the car to leave no cel no maintence required no problems the hole way home

 

I'd probably call AMS and ask the same question since they did the tune. However, when I spoke to them I would use punctuation and grammar, which would make everything easier to understand.

 

lol....I'd call AMS for sure, and it may sound like a trip to see if the ROM took....

 

thats freaky dude i did the same thing on a stock ecu and at 45k it jumped to 8 k too but 3 months later the car is fnie and im still kicken as an taken names lol i think theres a trigger to this problem which is very rare iv seen it happen in tank clutches when i was in the marine corps lol but its rare to see it happen
