Thinking about Buschur Catback, UR Down/Testpipe

Ok, so I've come to my decision on my exhaust, and I want the Buschur Catback. But as for the down/testpipe, I don't know if I want to get them or not!!!

I'm concerned about throwing a CEL as I've read on here before, but some other ppl have not experienced it at all, I don't know if it's worth risking.

I'm also concerned about fitment issues that may arise, how many experts here think I will have fitment issues?

Also, the sound. I'm planning on either the Mini-Muffler testpipe or Resonated, someone help please!!!!

i am running a buschur catback with a UR down pipe. i ordered my mini muffler yesterday so i can't really speak on that. right now i am running a WAR racing test pipe but want something to make the exhaust a little quieter. the exhaust has a good tone i really do like it. as for the cel, all you need is a product known as and antifoul for a sparkplug (18mm i believe). come two to a pack. they are like 5 bucks at advance. if you get a CEL drill the bottom out of one of the anti-foul adapters and your o2 sensor will screw right into it and then into the test pipe. if you get another CEL put another "spacer" (anti foul adapter) on but do not drill this one out. that is what i have done on 3 of my cars to get around the CEL from the cat. and if you get a UR they are supposed to have the CEL fix built into them.

Here is a quick comparison I did between the Ultimate mini muffler test pipe Vs the Ultimate Metal Sub Straight Cat pipe, rest of the exhasut is ultimate racing as well (down pipe and catback section):

These gains are abviously on a tuned X. No change was made to the tune. One thing I noticed is tha the mini muffler is acutally quieter in the cabin. Have not throw a cel yet with the mini. With the metal substraight cat, I threw them daily.

Mini Muffler FTW

not sure about how the down pipe would make it sound but by itself it has such an amazing sound!

Wow nice dyno graph! Looks like between 5-10 hp difference still by going with the Mini-Muffler test pipe over Metal Sub Straight Cat!

I also went with the UR downpipe and mini-muffler test pipe with an ETS dual exhaust arriving around Tuesday. I originally was going with the Buschur dual exhaust but at the time they had tips on backorder for about 2.5 weeks. Murphy's law they got the tips in 2 days after I switched to the higher $$ exhaust but I'm sure both are good ones to go with.

The UR mini muffler test pipe has that special angled O2 bung that should eliminate pesky CEL lights. I also have an extra machined spacer from RRE that will push it further from the stream if needed. This is all of course for running at the track and I put a high flow cat in for street driving.

I wanted this daily driver to have a nice note but toned down a bit and it sounds like the mini muffler was a good choice. Once I get it all installed next week I'll write up a review.
