About to install act clutch and look what i found
well i got my car back today supposedly it was leaking from the oil pan
so they supposedly resealed it but they didn't fix my clutch because warranty didn't cover it so i called mitsu and they said they had to cover the stock clutch 1yr or 12,000 miles im waiting till Monday for them to call me back so i can send it to another service center and they can approve the repair

Doubt it, it looks like a very mild leak at the worst. It's still not very reassuring to say the least.
So in other words, this thread has nothing to do with tranny or transfer case fluid leaks contaminating and ruing the clutch disk, right? It's just an oil pan leak? Either way, good to check out.
Looks like it's just the oil pan.. That's no biggie.. 15 min job to fix.. Do it on your next oil change.. Or take it back to Mits and make them do it.. Don't know why your clutch would be slipping unless you're roasting it.. One has nothing to do with the other..
When you move your car after it's been parked...make sure to check for oil spots on the ground.
Make sure it's not still leaking.
If the leak was caused by the rear main seal, and they didn't replace it, you should find small drops of oil...
Overfilling the motor with oil could cause the rear main seal to go bad.
