How are people pre-loading the spring when installing this part or just leaving it the way it comes? If it's being pre-loaded how many turns are you guys using and what is a general recommendation?

It seems that you just want enough preload to make it snug from my testing:

0 turns = you can barely slip the eyelet onto the WG pin, may leave the WG open a crack if not preloaded at all. Allowed 21 PSI minimum boost.

1/2 turn = Allowed 22 PSI minimum boost for my car, wasn't 100% sure it had enough preload but should be fine.

1 turn = finally settled on this setting which allows 23 PSI minimum boost, spool is fast and I can set boost from 23-26 psi

2 turns = I tested this setting to see if it would help the 6k rpm+ range of the stock turbo, Minimum boost went to 24-25 psi and held 25 psi to 6000 rpm but dropped sharply past that and was still 19 psi @ 7500 rpm.
