AFI 3" downpipe with recirulated dumptube
AFI 2.5 upper charge pipe
AFI 3" turbo inlet pipe
Garrett GT series turbocharger
Tial 44mm wastegate
Oil lines and fittings
Coolant lines and fittings
4 ply couplers and T-bolt clamps
All hardware gaskets, etc.

Also is the manifold/turbo braced to the block in any way?
I sheered many bolts out of my manifold on my Mr2 because it wasn't braced properly...

There is no brace, etc. If the manifold is built correctly there will be no problems. Sheering bolts is usually the result of a warped flange or incorrect material for the flanges ( different materials expand and contract at different rates).

Dyno plots for each kit, recommended fuel setup for each, and assembled pics of it on a 4b11 would be great. BTW, fantastic quality on the welds and craftsmanship of that manifold! You guys and full race make some of the best manifolds out there, and it's great to see you guys jumping on the X early on. When I am ready, that 3076 might have my name on it. BTW, are those welds done by hand or are they robotic?
