Request: GOOD Video of Buschur Catback

Does anybody have a video of the Buschur catback from outside of the car while it is driving? I can't find anything except some lame revving videos, the in-car vid and dyno video from Buschur. I am very close to pulling the trigger on this exhaust, but I'd like to know how it sounds from the outside first.

Can someone please come up with a video or good sound clip? Thanks!

^I didn't see that thread - thanks for the link!

I thought I searched pretty well on evom and streetfire but apparently not...

Anyway, I think I'm pretty much sold on the Buschur. I was worried it was too loud while cruising, but that definitely doesn't seem to be the case from those videos. The only downside IMO is that it doesn't seem too impressive at WOT. Anyone have input on that?

I have it and love the sound. The only complaint I have is the muffler sits way low, lower than stock, and as such I've resorted to driving sideways over speed bumps.....sigh

Yupp I would've too. All you see from the back of the car is the damn can hanging down there.

That being said, it's still easy to install, and great sounding. But be prepared to scratch it up

Damn, I saw your thread and now I'm second guessing the Buschur exhaust. It does sit very low and looks kind of ridiculous. Nothing more annoying on these boards than the Buschur fanboys either

I wish I knew what the hell AMS was doing with their dual exhaust, I really want to see how it turns out before I buy something else first.

I'll post up some ground level rear pics tomorrow so you can see.

I don't know that I would let it disuade you from purchasing their exhaust, it is really nice. Just be aware the can does sit lower than factory, and could cause some dragging issues on certain speed bumps.

I'm not so worried about speed bumps, as I never really pass over any. The roads near my work are pretty bumpy though and I plan on lowering my car on Eibach springs or BC coil overs in the spring, which would move the can another inch closer to the ground.

I'll keep an eye out for those ground level pictures if you don't mind posting them.

mac...im working on getting clips of my quiet version up...i have the quiet buschur exhaust with an UR test pipe (minimuffler)...it soo quiet when cruising which is what i wanted....and when i step on the gas it is loud!! honestly at WOT it is way louder than i thought it was going to be...im not sure if the test pipe has something to do with it which im sure it does but it fills the cabin with some dB....

^Thanks a lot for the pics, I appreciate it. It doesn't look as bad as I thought, but it looks like you're at stock height, right?

Awesome, I'm curious to see how that sounds.
