If ARC has "the best intercooler in terms of efficiency and design technology", then it would be nice if they shared the results against which this statment is based. Please see my earlier post on this matter:

Bottom line: as with some earlier post herein, until we have comparative data that demonstrates differences in performance, at least relative to OEM, our ability to discern which is the "best" FMIC from a performance point of view, we are just "pissing in the wind".

Later, Ken

The 3.5" intercooler is one of our most popular sellers. If anyone is interested I received an email from one of our UK customers with this link.

Regarding some testing they did. We will have our testing done and released shortly.

Thanks,

wow thats some good data that actually proves something, I was leaning towards AMS but now I may just go with ETS, not sure what size as I would like to avoid any cutting, would the 3.5" be a direct fit w/no cutting, or would I have to go w/3" ??

3.5" requires no cutting and 4.0" requires a couple spacers behind the crash beam, but no cutting.

Thanks!

How about you do a Griffin overhaul? Had one on my WRX. They claim better airflow than any manufactured IC.
