It's soo tempting. I was honestly considering the CAI untill i got stuck having to drive through a huge *** puddle in the middle of the street due to all the snow melting in the chicago area a little over a week ago.

After that i happen to think how my car would probably be broken with a hydro-locked engine now if i had the CAI and i'd be SOL. It's sad though, cause saying i have a CAI is just cool, but it's not worth the risk for 1hp.

if you have your undertray on the chances of this filter pulling in water are pretty low. You would have to go through a pretty deep puddle that would come up and over the front grill in your bumper.

Gotta love the search feature! Onto my question....

I'm curious if the snow would be a problem for my CAI or are deep puddles the main concern?

I have the undertray, but still curious though...

Thanks!
