Boost and vacuum numbers ??? WHat you guys have?

Just wondering what you guys see on your boost gauge on the vacuum side, i have -18, does it sound right?
I can also boost up to 21 psi without any sort of boost control (HKS EVC 6 EBC turned off and stock boost solenoids disconected.)
My mod list is:

Forge WGA
HKS EVC 6 EBC
ETS Intake
ETS 4" IC
ETS LICP & UICP
ETS 3" Turbo back exhaust

21 psi is the forge doing its job.... on the stock wgs you might see 13 to 14psi

and vac is about right... 18 to 15

Stock I have 18inHg and 15psi. I double checked with my modis and my numbers are pretty much the same (my boost guage can't really display less than 1inHg/psi differences)

For the vacuum i think the highest the best .... as for boost
So if between -15 and -18 is ok then i'm happy. Thank you guys.
