Are we going to be waiting as long as it took for you to tell as about your progress with the Garrett bolt on turbo?

You all kept your mouths shut for quite a while when everyone was having problems and you all supposedly helped test the turbo for Garrett....

Hopefully this isn't the time frame we are working in......

Oddly I think I'm about the only one that has posted detailed dyno and setup logs for a Garrett GT3076R turbo install. Not sure if the shop cars that were testing this just didn't have the supporting mods to make it work or if there were actual problems with the turbo. I've seen a few posts and dynos from a few other customer installs, mainly from overseas but I know there were more turbos sold than are reporting results.

I think ASAP to us online and ASAP to them is quite a different concept..... Hopefully something will eventually come from this... I won't be holding my breath during the wait, thats for sure.

 

Chad- I hope this comes out soon as I'm about ready to pull the trigger on a fp red. Any chance you need a second test car? Lol

And still no updates...or you can just not start threads like this with non existent lead times and no status updates. At this point, this is what I can expect from the aftermarket in this particular industry.
