I have been holding off on getting a downpipe because I am pretty sure about this but I thought I would ask.

Any of the downpipes that fit the stock turbo are only good for the stock turbo or stock turbo frame turbos right? Like FPred/Dom 2 etc?

Reason I ask is I am not sure if I want to do an FPred/dom 2 turbo or go GT35R later. I just don't want to buy a downpipe and have it become worthless.

Most kits including a bigger turbo, 35r and above just come with a new downpipe to fit the new manifold/turbo location right?
