Hey gang wanna know how much luck u been having with amsoil on your evo x had it in my car for 3k miles and looks pretty dirty.
Is it really beter than mobil one?
The other reason I ask is ever since I switched to it my mileage is worse than befor and the power seems the same and all>.
I also have a buddy that said he switched back to mobil one after the same issue I am claiming on his evo 8.
He also had both oils tested at 3k mi and said the mobil one held up better based on test results? can that be done or is he full of it? he is a straight up type of guy but do you send it off to be tested or what/
Anyway I dont care about the dollar differance in the oil I just want the best oil in my car and I had really good luck with royal purple and might give that a shot on my evo thanks.

I wanted to try Amsoil and see if it was king and im not to sure about that.

 

I switched to AMSOIL 2500 miles ago and yeah, mine's pretty dirty too. But it looks just as dirty as Mobil 1 did before. I don't know which one is better. I haven't noticed any difference in mpg either.
