Mr sst upgrades underway

Ladies and Gents,
I'd like to announce that SSperformance will be picking my car up tomorrow morning to begin work on the SST transmission upgrades.
They will be developing not only heavy duty clutches, but also a new transmission cooler.
LET THE R&D BEGIN!!!

Yes!!! I knowww!!! It's been farrrr too long! The other SST upgrade threads are somewhat redundant or pointless now. SSperformance will be the first to the market with the upgrades. I'll keep everyone posted.

Keep us in the loop as much as you can I've been holding out on getting an X for this exact reason. I LOVE the DSG setups in the newer Audi's and VW's, but would hate being so limited with the MR. If they pull this off, then both Mitsu and SSPerf have a sale coming their way

The big questions I have are if they'll need to do all the installs themselves and how long the downtime on an install would be.

its too bad though. In the near future us MR owners wont be given the pleasure of hearing all the MR haters complain every day about the lack of power the SST can handle. See you at the track...
