so how many people question

i am looking to see how mny people have actually broke bolts on the turbo or other parts when doing the down pipe . i am really thinking of doing this. thanks in advance

if your that worried about it, just throw some kano kroil on it and let it soak. If it does happen then big deal. Use an Easy out extractor and be on your way. When re-installing use some anti seize, it will help keep it from corroding .

Use tons of PB blaster and let it stand a few hours if you can , we have seen many broken bolts and thats never fun !

I've had my fair share of broken bolts as well. Just make sure you use grade 10 bolts if you replace any and PB Blaster works really well as long as you can get it to soak down into the threads.

No problems at all but I soaked all the bolts for a few hours. Everything came off like butter

yea... pb blaster.. let it soak as long as you can dont rush it... theres no need to... if you rush it depending how many miles on your car you will strip or break a bolt.

Also let everything cool off real good because metal expands when it gets hot. Thus making it more likely to strip out. If you can't tell, I'm very impatient when it comes to working/fixing something on the car.
