How do you check fuel pump Voltage

I am having a problem with my car leaning out when I try to get a tune, just like this guy.

https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/ev...ump-issue.html

he thinks it might voltage, so does anyone know how to check for voltage to the fuel pump to make sure it has the correct voltage?

If it is voltage getting a new fuel pump won't fix the problem.

or why else might it be leaning out? could the fuel filter really be clogged when the car is basically new? anything else that would cause it to lean out?

This is really irritating me so any help would be great.

Check the Relay, swap it with the horn relay as a temp fix to troubleshoot it.

I'm looking at the cover is it the relay that's labeled E on the box? and you want me to switch it with the one that's labeled B? Because if that's the case I'm gonna be pissed because my car is missing the relay that's labeled E, which doesn't make sense to me.
