Tranny problems

ok so i just put a new twin disc in, when i got on it for the first time after break in, like an hour or two later the clutch pedal started to vibrate and when i stopped to get gas, i got back into it and it was hard as $h t to shift into gears and i can turn it off put it in first and hold the clutch all the way down its trin to go when i start it. what the hell is wrong anyone know?

o ya also im reading 10.0 on my aem wideban no matter what boost im at when before i got gas i was hitting 11's and 12's

Check your master cylinder and see if it went bad.

i bleed it for like 30 mins straight and got it to work drove it around for a day or two then it went back to $h t not letting me go into gear

and how do i check to see if the master is out i looked at it and there is no leaks or cracks or anything now i even tried to adjust the clutch and nothing at all

and does anyone know why my pedal is vibrating really bad also i have never had that problem before

so i have herd that u need to cut the slave cylinder rod down a 1/4 in but then i also herd i need to get a 1/4 in longer one... does anyone no what one if any do i need????
