so i install my agp fmic, nisei uicp 1 piece, UR licp, after installing everything i took the car for a drive with the bumper still off. i hear a vibration everytime hitting 3000rpm in 1st, 2nd and 3rd gear.Thats the time when turbo spools. Everything is on tight. any thoughts?

 

Maybe its the plastic stuff on both of the side?
