Cobb ap question
Cobb ap question
installed the ap, i was hitting about 22.5 psi of boost on stage 1 map, in a mr on 91 octane. my dyno numbers where 316/278 tq, are these numbers WTQ or crank?
what gear and what rpm range should i do my dyno's in? is the dyno feature reliable?
thanks.

Just to let you know, the dyno on the AP isn't very accurate at all because it's based on its built in accelerometer. Unless you can measure your X's weight properly with you in the car, you're going to get values that don't make much sense.
Better to just go get dyno'd at a reputable shop and use the AP for stored staged maps and monitoring.

As long as you have the weight correct and correctly , the Cobb AP has been proven to be pretty accurate.
the numbers on the cobb ap says hp/tq. is that crank, or actually at the wheel, how much does an mr weigh? isnt it like 3545 or something, then i just add my weight on there?
