Evo X knock off Injen intake
I also picked up these for my X turbo swap. I will hopefully have them installed tomorrow. I had a buddy paint them black with imitation CF airburshed on. The build is OK, I guess for an ebay part it is good but to all other standards it is just ok. I had to knock a lot of little chunks of weld off the inside of my intake pipe. Hardware like you said is lacking but if you have all the stock stuff you should be ok. I'll post an update once I get them installed.
I saw that kit on ebay and decided not to purchase it....im a noob when it comes to turbo cars so i wanted something that I knew worked and had no problems. So i purchased a 300 dollar intake, he got an intake and uicp for half the price... good for him
I think some of these companies rip us off anyway.

Looks good for a knock off, and for the price how can you go wrong.. i usually replace the hose clamps with T bolts clamps anyways and use at least a 4 ply coupler and replace the cheaper 3 ply or rubber ones.. for the price why not
i notice your bump coupler (flex) is in the wrong spot, should be at front where theres more flex.. good job though and looks great!!

From someone who spent 500 days in China over the last few years, and has bought hundreds of items from DVD's to watches to handbags....its total buyer beware. But hey, I did not care if one $30 watch out of three did not work. The ones that did worked fantastic. The computer roller bag I bought has traveled through over 100 airports. I still have it.
Glad it worked out, but just beware that a sample size of 1 is not indicitive of anything.
