Exhaust add 60awhp??!!!

My friend just ordered a Tsubo(or whatever) cat back system for his evo X. The site claims that it will add 60awhp with no tune or anything just the exaust? Is this true?

No. sounds like a lie and a bad marketing ploy to me. post a link I would be interested in seeing their justification for these claims.

I'm not sure I've ever seen anyone post that kind of gain on a full exhaust. I think 30 might be more reasonable.

I'll post the link when I find out. And he also told me that AMS stated that a downpipe wouldn't do anything really? And that's why he got a cat back only?

No. This is not true. I wouldn't be purchasing anything from a manufacturer who is making such an inaccurate claim.

60 hp on a full turbo back with straight pipe and an aggressive tune is probably a stretch. a cat back with no tune... someone needs to file a false advertisement suit against them lol

lol tsudo exhaust sucks anyway, but now they just put their dicks in the dirt with such a claim. lol is it like just a turndown after the oem downpipe? rhetorical.

was the "only in florida" comment referring to the orlando based shops ive been hearing so much about lately. totally sounding like a TTR flame. lol. just wondering.
