but whenever i get down frm the car i smell that theres a burning rubber underneath the car .. is that normal using a testpipe ...shouldnt it be the smell of pure gasoline?

 

You won't smell gasoline...If you do then you have a fuel leak and that's not good. With a test pipe you might smell the combustion a little more...As for the rubber smell, are you sure that you got all the hangers in the correct spot? Were there any shipping stickers or anything on the pipes? Those could be burning if that's the case. Also, you may have run over a plastic shopping bag that got stuck to the exhaust and is now burning off...

it might just be the test pipe in general that stinks.

But def just poke your head under there and see what you can find.

 

It might just be the new pipes. It "should" go away.

 

search for burned seats. Some have had burned marks on the bottom of their back seats.
I believe most ran single exhaust.
