recently the check engine light went on the car is idoling at 1500 rpm and wont boost past 10 plz i dont have a scanner any help would help. i want to avoid going to the dealer cause the car is modded.. red no cat tune etc... thanks in advance

I would take the car to autozone they read the codes for free and can print it out for you too.

 

You see the check engine light?

that means you need to get the code read...

chances are you are hitting P1235 or P1241 - in which case you need to go back to your tuner and ask them about it... if it does it again then find a new tuner!

 

anyway it could be a boost leak?

 

this way u guys know it was the maf sensor.... thanks again
