ETS V2 Extreme Vs. Buschur SS...opinions?
ETS V2 Extreme Vs. Buschur SS...opinions?
I'm looking to order me my first mod for my '10 and decided to go with an exhaust first...then later on, intake w/cobb AP.
Anyway, there are two exhaust that i've narrowed it down to:
-ETS V2 Extreme 3" mufflerless system

-Buschur Racing SS 3" w/bullet muffler

I'm leaning more toward the ETS system for several reasons. It is the least expensive, includes the DP(i think), & it appears I could always add their mufflers later on if you decide to quiet down the exhaust.
The Buschur system seems very popular, has a bunch of videos(versus V2 having 1 on youtube) which is good if you want to get an idea of what it sounds like, has performance gains & weights posted on their site(which is also important) & gives you an option of various tips. Only one concern on the muffler hanging low and risk of scraping.
As far as the sound goes, I realize they are both loud exhaust(especially the V2) and I don't really mind. I want it to sound deep & like the rumbling between shifts. I had an exhaust similar to the V2 Extreme on my Srt-4 years ago. It was made by a company called Modern Performance and was also mufflerless/catless like the V2 with a very similar sound. So i'm pretty used to having a loud exhaust.
I guess what I am asking is if there are any other factors I should consider in choosing between these two? I know alot of people here are rocking the Buschur system, but what about those with the V2(Mufflerless)?
Would also appreciate any extra videos, especially for the V2 that would help in my decision.
P.S, I've searched already thru several posts and was hoping for some new additional feedback.

I don't own a X but I have bought from both vendors. I have a full buschur v-band turbo-back exhaust on my car and couldn't be happier. Its loud though. I can only imagine how loud the ETS v2 would be. Honestly, i like the V2 becuase its looks like it has a better "finish". (buschur is gonna kill me for saying that) lol
Get v-band.
Get v-band.
I have a buschur on my car and it sounds nasty but i heard the same setup ets and it also sounds nasty can't go wrong with either or but if i had to choose for a ix it would be buschur but for the x's the ets sound more mean..ets is my vote .
+3 Go with ETS (there model is a true equal length)
I would ask them to split the midpipe if I were you. Having it 6 feet long makes it impossible to transport when going for an install. (unless you have someone follow you with a pick up truck)

Thanks for all the feedback guys. Like I stated before, I just wish there was more than just that "one" video online to go by. I guess not many people have the mufflerless system yet?
