Tial Q Bov issues

okay, my setup basically is..i took the LICP off and got the bov installed there..ran the hose to the stock place for the vac line. I have checked and checked again..it seems to hold decently at 28lbs when running WOT..but even at full boost, the bov only seems to flutter, no SHHH noise like it should..it used to flutter then make the shhh noise..now it just flutters, no matter how much boost..any ideas on what it could be? i checked the UICP(nisei) and the vac lines, the licp seemed to be a little loose, but i tightened it down, no difference. any other things i should check because im at a loss here.

if pics are needed let me know, thanks.

It's important that you bought the right spring with the BOV. The one you should be using is steel colored and not painted at all. Is that the spring you have inside?

Standard spring pressure is 10 PSI which should be fine. I have run into an issue once or twice where it would stick shut but that was after long periods of use in cold climates with salt and stuff. And only happened when cold. Can you manually open valve with your hand?

Did you ever get this figured out man? Are you running the Tial QR recirc or a VTA setup?
